The Cognizant Microsoft Business Group partnered with Vida Homeloans to help the United Kingdom mortgage lender implement the Cloud Adoption Framework and transition to Azure.
We worked with Vida Homeloans to lead the Azure transition, which would allow them to manage their public cloud transformation with a longer and more deliberate view. In the United Kingdom, financial services companies must attest that they have the required IT controls. Vida Homeloans discovered that by leveraging the GO operating model to implement the Cloud Adoption Framework, they could establish and maintain the required IT controls more smoothly than if they had an on-premises or private cloud environment. The Cloud Adoption Framework allowed Vida Homeloans to easily and quickly align Azure resources with their business requirements, providing a foundation to accelerate mortgage transformation while making it easier to manage risk and maintain robust security controls. The Cognizant Microsoft Business Group and Vida Homeloans IT team now have a long-term Managed Services agreement which ensures the services offer the optimal experience to colleagues and customers of Vida Homeloans.
