New Signature takes Virgin Atlantic Airways into the Cloud

June 12, 2019 New Signature

Virgin Atlantic Airways recently turned to New Signature to help move its data analytics and reporting into the cloud using the Microsoft Azure platform. The airline’s goals: better and faster access to verifiable data and improved team collaboration, ultimately resulting in exceptional customer service.

As one of the world’s leading airlines, Virgin Atlantic is committed to creating a unique “Virgin experience” for passengers, and it recognizes the importance of equipping its employees with the right tools to make that happen. Data analytics and reporting play a key role, yet the airline couldn’t confidently extract and use the data it needed within its previous environment.

So, Virgin Atlantic selected a Microsoft Azure cloud-based solution and tapped New Signature as its partner.

New Signature’s expertise has now helped Virgin Atlantic roll out its first data platform in the cloud. Teams across the airline are better able to work together, time is used more efficiently, and data integrity is verifiable – leading to better insights and analytics, improved customer service, and business growth.
