New Signature Helps Domestic & General Soar into Azure

For over 100 years, Domestic & General has protected household appliances across the United Kingdom and Europe as a specialty warranty provider. But over time, the internal teams began to become frustrated with some of their technological challenges.

A heavy manual workload made for a more complicated and time-consuming operations landscape. Without the power of the cloud, they struggled to ensure that they were powering their company with the proper technologies or providing their staff with proper tooling.

New Signature partnered with Domestic & General to guide them away from time-consuming manual reports and processes and toward a future that is based around cloud-based data storage and automation, with visualization through Power BI. This has largely freed up IT teams to focus on more strategic and analytical projects.

Watch the full story below to learn more about the benefits that Domestic & General experienced after their move to Microsoft Azure:

“We have worked as one time to deliver the key common goal that we have to achieve and allow us to grow and move forward through that innovation curve.” –Max Roberts – MI Transformation Manager | Domestic & General
