New Signature experts attended the Internet of Things (IoT) World Conference in May in Santa Clara, California. The event was sponsored by Microsoft, and presented a number of IoT thought leaders, including Senior IT Manager, George Lenhart of The Hershey Company.
Lenhart presented a use case at the conference Twizzler Story, specifically on how using IoT and Machine Learning significantly improved the net weight of the product. This use case was based on a proof of concept by the New Signature’s Advanced Analytics team that enabled George and his team to develop a solution in production.
The New Signature Advanced Analytics practice area has been a leading voice in IoT technologies, and continues to out-pace competitors by focusing past device connectivity to machine learning, automation and scaling.
Advanced Analytics Practice Development Lead, Luis Morinigo, has been invited to be a part of a Microsoft IoT Central Early Adopter program, leading the way for additional progress in the area and to help develop a Microsoft go-to market offering that envelopes device management along with automation and scaling solutions. The program helps to empower businesses to start small and dream big with IoT, adopting the technologies early and growing over time to create a competitive advantage.
New Signature also hosts their own platform of thought leadership around IoT and Advanced Analytics technologies through webinars like, Putting IoT into Action, which are available for viewing on the New Signature vimeo page and help to inspire progressive technology in businesses of all sizes.
